Translate a PDF or note while you read
Open a PDF, captured page, X article, or note and select the text you want to understand. KeepFlash translates that selection next to the original, so you can keep reading without switching tools.
Use it when a source mixes languages, when a PDF is written in a language you only partly know, or when a captured article has a sentence you want to check. The translation stays with the passage you highlighted.
Keep a private translation on the passage
If a translation is worth keeping, save it as a private mark on that passage. The original note stays unchanged. Saved translations belong to you, so they do not appear on other people's copies of the same source.
Come back later and the saved translation is still attached to the original text, rather than sitting in a separate document you have to search for.
Match the translation to the selection
A single word can include part of speech, pronunciation, and several meanings. A longer phrase or sentence gets a natural rendering that fits the surrounding passage.
Choose the target language before you translate. KeepFlash currently supports Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, French, German, and Spanish.
